Within a team of six, I conducted an ethnographic study to understand the nature of interactions between users and conversational agents (CAs).
ROLE
I had the role of an ethnographic researcher.
My responsibilities included the following:
Recruiting participants, conducting observational fieldwork and gathering data
Conducting analysis of data
Contributing to a group research paper
